Born and raised in Illinois, I’m happily married and a mama to four fur-children. I blend my degree in Digital Marketing with my fitness background (CPT, WFS, CNC, Plant-Based Nutritionist, and Pilates Instructor) to serve as the Marketing Director for Kempton Physical Therapy.

In my free time, you’ll usually find me outdoors soaking up nature—whether I’m paddle-boarding, hiking, or exploring new trails with my dogs. I also love discovering new vegan restaurants and visiting animal sanctuaries.
